Refund policy
At SVIATLO, every piece is made and engraved with care. Because many of our items are personalized, please read this policy before ordering.
Personalized & engraved items
Items that have been personalized or hand-engraved with initials, names, or custom requests are made to order and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we made an error with your engraving.
Non-personalized items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings must not have been worn.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sviatlo.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
How to start a return
Email us at sviatlo.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
