Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because our pieces are made and engraved to order, personalized items may take up to 5 business days to prepare before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates & delivery times

United States: $5.99 flat rate — free on orders over $50. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.
Canada: $18.99. Estimated delivery 7–20 business days.
International (rest of world): $24.99. Estimated delivery 10–30 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit can be affected by carrier delays, customs, and other factors beyond our control.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at sviatlo.jewelry@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
